About Summit
We focus onwhat we know best.
Summit STR is owned by Yegor "Iggy" Beljovkin. I've been a real estate broker in Colorado Springs since 2013. In 2018 I opened my own brokerage, Summit Ridge Group, which currently employs about 25 agents. Summit STR is a product of necessity and passion — my wife and I have operated a short-term rental downtown since March of 2020 (perfect timing, right?), and we just added a second unit to our own portfolio. The goal of Summit STR is to give our clients' properties the same level of care that our own properties receive.
Our first STR, I built from the ground up. Our second was a complete remodel. The house we live in with my family, we built ourselves. For you as our client, that experience translates into better management. You're not dealing with someone who has to pay to ask somebody every time something breaks. I have a team of competent trades, and I know enough about most systems to avoid waste. Your 22% isn't just paying for a call taker and some software — you're leveraging over a decade of hands-on experience and the connections that come with it.
That hands-on background — knowing how the property is built, how it sells, how it operates — is why owners trust us with the whole thing. We're not running a call center. We're running their home like it's ours.
Today we serve a tight six-zip downtown Colorado Springs footprint — 80903, 80904, 80905, 80906, 80907, 80909. We grow deliberately inside that footprint so response times and operating standards don't slip.

Where we work
A tight circle.Drawn on purpose.
Six zip codes wrapped around downtown Colorado Springs. If your property is inside this circle, we'll manage it like our own. If it's not, we'll tell you honestly and point you to someone better positioned.
Accountabilityisn't optional here.
Colorado employing broker license
EC.100077250
Summit Short Term Rentals operates as a licensed Colorado real estate firm. That means we're regulated by the Colorado Division of Real Estate, held to state broker standards, and subject to the same continuing-education and disclosure requirements as the long-term brokerage side of our business.
Regulated funds handling
Owner funds are handled per the Colorado DRE broker standards our license is subject to, and disclosed in the management agreement.
A real license on the line
If something ever went wrong, you'd have an actual state regulator to call — not a customer-service ticket.
Continuing education
Licensed brokers complete state-mandated CE every renewal cycle. That includes contracts, disclosures, and fair-housing law.
Written, disclosed, filed
Our management agreement is a real contract — reviewable, terminable, and compliant with Colorado statute.
Why a license matters here
A meaningful share of Colorado Springs short-term rental "management" is done by unlicensed operators — hobbyists, out-of-state property managers with no local presence, or informal referral networks. That typically means no trust accounting, no continuing education, no regulator, and limited recourse if things go sideways. It's a fair question to ask any manager for their broker license number before you sign anything.
Ours is EC.100077250 — verify it any time at the Colorado DRE license lookup.
What we believe
Three things we won't compromise on.
Hyperlocal, by design
Six zip codes around downtown Colorado Springs. We don't apologize for the focus — it's the whole point.
Hands-on, not hands-off
Real estate sales + remodeling background means we don't outsource the things that actually fix problems.
Responsive by default
Fast to reply, day or night — the kind of attention that's harder to deliver when you're spread thin.
